Stylistically free, technically unhinged, and widely chaotic, Sydney's The Woods Themselves have returned with their highly anticipated new album '(C'mon) Do The Beach Thing'.

Following the success of their acclaimed selftitled debut in 2004, the group have built a devoted cult following, centring around their famously atmospheric live shows, which provide everything from sprawling vistas of sonic peace to blind aural bludgeoning.

Originally a singer / songwriter endeavour by Davey Cotsios, The Woods now stand as an uneasy musical truce between a clutch of often irritable but unshakeably goodly Australian musicians. The band also comprises of Kid Cornered (formerly Matt Toohey of Browning), Joseph Leonard, AFX Jim and Kurtis Ousley (who also play with Leonard in famed instrumental band Founder).
